Amazing customer service! I called to place an order over the phone and the sweet girl that helped me went out of her way to face time me so I could pick everything out! She packaged everything up perfectly and had it shipped to me from the store. Thanks so much!

Had a fantastic experience. I believe the woman who helped me was Jessica I can’t exactly tell by the writing when I asked her to write it down. She was so amazing I had to write a review for her and the store. The store itself is very clean. Jessica answered any all questions without hesitation and with a smile, and I had many. Can’t wait to go back.

My mother in laws favorite bag store. Staff is always nice and welcoming. And they always seem to have a big sale going on so you can't beat that.

Love this quality and unique brand and products. I bought a bag while in Vegas and my kid wear it bc it was light and comfortable like your not wearing one, so had to get another one. Called and bought two more. They would ship it so that’s a plus. Shelly was amazing on the phone, helpful, patient and friendly. Feel like she was my friend. I would hire her in any second. Thank you Vera Bradley for having great products n people working for you. Keep it up!!

We went into the Outlet mall store today, in Las Vegas and the staff was pretty rude. Each time I asked a question they seemed put out to answer my questions. It wasnt like the store was packed. Maybe they forgot they literally just opened back up after weeks of being cloaed. I left without making a purchase at Vera Bradley and walked over to Kipling and purchased several hundred dollars worth of merch. Miss Vera Bradley manager, think twice next time....just saying.
